We sure didn’t see this coming fans, but Linsey Godfrey has confirmed her exit as Sarah Horton. She shared the sad news with fans on Twitter, noting that “it’s truly been a pleasure” being a part of the NBC soap. Xarah fans are not pleased, just when it looked like these two would have a happily ever after.

Sarah will be missed not just by Xander (Paul Telfer) but this means the hospital will also be down a doctor which means double the load for Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) who already treat everyone in town.

But before joining DOOL in 2018 Godfrey played Caroline Spencer on CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful. Caroline is presumed dead but that never stopped a character from returning to soapland—might she pop back up on B&B?

Elani fans may be wondering if Chanel is being brought on to be a third wheel in that relationship.
