Matt on his part hasn’t been sure on what to do with his newly acquired property from Amy Rollof. Besides, it looks like his girlfriend; Caryn Chandler has no intensions of residing in a building once occupied by Matt’s ex-wife. Truly, that would be difficult if you’d ask me since no woman would naturally love to share a space with a rival.

Reports from The Sun show that Matt has been renting out the property to an old employee. The 59year-old woman who now resides in the farmhouse once worked for him a long time ago. When Matt was asked if renting out the property had been part of the plan all along, he said it hadn’t been at all.

An inside source confirmed to The Sun that “everyone thought one of the kids would take the farmhouse off Matt’s hands for a discount. But that isn’t happening and he didn’t want to leave it empty, as he sees it as a smart business opportunity”.
There have been speculations that either Zach or Jeremy will someday take over the farmhouse, however, we doubt that will ever happen in this lifetime. Following an episode filmed a year ago in the little people, big world reality show; the sun reported that the kids seemed happy to get off the farmhouse.
Although their father wanted them to take over the place he presently stays in the big house alone. The report also claimed that running the farm hasn’t been easy during the covid-19 pandemic, however, Matt and the staff are working tirelessly to get it going.

TLC for now hasn’t posted a comment on Matt’s new business venture on the farmhouse. Nevertheless, we doubt if the new tenant would take any role in the future on little people, big world reality show.
