Mama June Blames COVID Quarantine for Gaining Weight

Mama June spoilers reveal that June Shannon and her boyfriend, Geno Doak have gained quite a bit of weight since the pandemic struck. Her children have been very open about how much they disapprove of their relationship, but June still stays with him no matter what.

Mama June has been promoting a new show called Road to Redemption. The show will focus mainly on her estrangement from her family and it follows her rehab stint with Geno. We will learn more about how her daughters have been affected by her actions and drug abuse. She did leave her children to be with Geno and at the time, she was very deep into drugs and alcohol.

When June was in Mama June: Family Crisis, she did agree to go to rehab because her children asked her to. They were very upset with her and they felt that she completely abandoned them for Geno and drugs. The couple spent about $3,000 a day on crack cocaine and she ended up selling her house and her daughter’s car to get more money for drugs. This was the moment that her children knew that she was in way too deep with Geno.

Did She Gain Weight?

As we watch the trailers for the new show, June still looks thinner than before, but it does look like she and Geno have put on more weight. Some say that it is a good sign that they are getting off of drugs, but others think that they are still using and that the quarantine was their cause for weight gain.

In the trailers that we have seen for the new show, June tells cameras that she has been sober for seven months. In the new trailer for the show, it shows Mama June and how she has gained quite a lot of weight during the pandemic. The news is that she has gained “over 60 pounds in quarantine” and this show is going to be a focus of what she and Geno have gone through.

We hope this show will also bring some light on what is happening with her and her family. From what we know so far, they want to rebuild their relationship with her, but only time will tell.
