Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that in Salem Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien) will find a cold shoulder as she tries to reignite her friendship with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizchech Became Buddy Buddy With Claire Brady While In Bayview

Days of Our Lives viewers will remember that Gwen became buddy buddy with Claire while they were both in Bayview, Salem’s mental health facility. Gwen claimed she was just pretending to be crazy so she could hide out there, while Claire was in recovery. Claire had just come off a fire-setting frenzy where she tried to kill several people over her obsession with Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams).

However, it is highly doubtful that Gwen could have just faked her way into a psych ward – psychiatrists are better than that, and especially Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall)! It is pretty difficult to fake a mental illness! Gwen and Claire have not spoken or had much of anything at all to do with one another in several months, but now it looks like Gwen will be looking to Claire not only as a friend, but probably as an ally.

However, with as much family research as Gwen did on the Deveraux family, she obviously does not know that Claire has family connections to Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and her mother Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) through the Hortons! Laura Horton, (Jaime Lyn Bauer) had been Bill Horton’s (John H. Martin) wife, and Bill was Addie Horton’s (Patricia Barry) brother, who was Claire’s grandmother Hope Williams’ (Kristian Alfonso) mother! The relation is a bit far apart on the family tree, but families do tend to stick together in Salem, even if they are several generations apart!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizchech Finds Nothing But Rejection From Claire Brady

Even Claire has heard of all the trouble that Gwen has made for the Deveraux family since she came to town, and when Gwen looks to Claire for friendship and alliance, Claire wants nothing more to do with her! Bad news travels fast in a small town, especially when most of the residents are related in one way or the other! Claire knows Gwen is bad news. She has just come through a horrible experience being fooled by a boyfriend who wasn’t what he represented himself to be and who raped her cousin!

After hearing about Gwen and all the damage she has done to the Deverauxs, even knowing about the drugging that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) was originally charged with, she wants nothing to do with her! Gwen is a little bit shocked that her reputation, sullied as it is, has been spread all over town!

She had no idea that Claire and Abigail were distantly related, but that doesn’t ease the rejection. Claire was Gwen’s first friend when she came to Salem, and her only friend at first; but Gwen is more angry than she is hurt. Claire just doesn’t want any more “Charlies” in her life, even if they are “Gwens”!
