Black Mafia Family: Snoop Dogg, La La Anthony, And Seraya Join Cast

Snoop Dogg, La La Anthony, and Serayah will be appearing in 50 Cent’s new show; The Black Mafia Family. The drama centers on the lives of Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and his brother, Terry “Southwest T” Flenory who are the biggest drug kingpins in town. The drug syndicate as portrayed in the series has been in power since the late 90’s to the early 2000s.

Snoop Dogg As Pastor Swift

Snoop Dogg will be taking the role of The Black Mafia’s Pastor Swift – a spiritual mentor to the Flenory’s (played by “Lil Meech” – Big Meech’s real-life son and Da’Vinchi, All American). As portrayed in the drama, he is a man of the word but also battles with his ex-convict lifestyle.

Although Pastor Swift starts as a godly man who works extra hard to keep the Flenory clan on the straight and narrow path, he however enters a compromising situation while becoming the family’s closest confidante. This seeming situation puts him at odds with Patriarch Charles (played by Russell Hornsby, Grimm).

La La Anthony cast as Markaisha Taylor

La La Anthony (power) has officially signed on to become a cast member as Markaisha Taylor in the black mafia family. Markaisha in this drama is married to Meech and Terrys’ drug-dealer friend, but her greed and thirst for power make her break her marital vows. She transcends her friendship into a relationship with Terry Flenory immediately she finds out her thirst for money and power could be quenched only by him.

Serayah Joins Black Mafia Family Cast

Serayah (Empire) in this drama plays her role as Lori Walker, Big Meech’s girlfriend. As a former college athlete who became entangled with Big Meech’s bad-boy ways, the duo became the parents of a beautiful daughter; Neeka. However, the recent years made Lori more matured and she won’t be falling for those bad boy tricks from Big Meech anymore. She’d expect more commitment from Meech and sweetly, this is going to have a resultant effect on him wanting her more.

Truly, Curtis Jackson otherwise known as 50 Cent is diving deep into the waters of filmmaking. If there is something we need to confirm, we will say he is getting better at filmmaking each day and quite passionate about his newly found path.

The black mafia; his latest project after power, has all the hallmarks of a great movie. From the kingpins Flenory brothers to the deadly world they have to battle daily. The drama series with the newest members will surely be an amazing thrill to many viewers across the world.
