Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers: Gas Explosion In Glass Box, Ben Sifts Through Rubble To Save Ciara

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) saves Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal). However, it’s not just a matter of disarming Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly). A gas line is cut, which causes an explosion inside The Glass Box. Ben must go through the rubble and hopes the blast didn’t kill Ciara.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Ben and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) get a lead and actually find where Ciara is being held hostage. When they get inside the building, they find Ciara being held at gunpoint by Evan. Ben manages to disarm Evan while Shawn tackles him to the ground. However, Ciara makes a critical mistake that could end her life minutes before being saved.

Ciara breaks off a piece of pipe and plans on using it to shatter the glass. However, she doesn’t realize that by doing so, she just cut a gas line. There is an explosion inside The Glass Box, which means that she could be dead or she might have somehow managed to survive yet another blast.

Ben Weston Sifts Through Rubble

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben sifts through the rubble trying to find Ciara. He manages to locate his wife’s body and lifts her into his arms. He is at the point of completely breaking down. He doesn’t want to have gone through all of this just to lose Ciara now. However, there is a miracle and Ciara is somehow still alive. When Ben realizes this, he is relieved and overjoyed, but also collapses emotionally.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Saving Ciara Weston

In the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, actor Robert Scott Wilson talked about the storyline and saving Ciara. The actor explained that it’s a story of listening to one’s heart. No matter what anyone said or what “proof” they had of Ciara’s death, Ben just knew in his heart that his wife was still alive.

He never gave up on finding her. He also said that there are several nods to another Days Of Our Lives story featuring Ben, Ciara, and Evan… during the lethal injection storyline. As fans recall, Ciara did everything in her power to save Ben from getting the death penalty that day. Evan was the villain in that story, too.
