Big Brother Spoilers: Casting Director Rumors
On social media, people are talking about who might replace Kass, especially with the show returning this summer. According to some Twitter and Reddit posts, there is speculation that it could be someone loyal and passionate fans recognize. There is one name in particular that keeps being mentioned, which is making some wonder if it could be true.
Jesse Tannenbaum Taking Over?
There are rumors that Jesse Tannenbaum could be the new casting director and will be helping create the cast for the new season. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because he was the casting director for Big Brother Over the Top. Back in 2016, it was a production that was 100 percent online. If this turns out to be true, he would already know the casting director job duties, as well as being knowing the BB franchise. Both of these are positives and make replacing Kass a bit easier.

Big Brother Season 23 Spoilers: Applications Available
For those that might be interested, you can apply right now to be a cast member for the new season and compete to win $500,000. Applicants should keep in mind that the cast for the next season is going to be different than what we are used to.
CBS has drawn up a new diversity policy that is applicable to all of the network’s reality/competition shows. What this means is at least 50 percent of the cast must be non-white. As fans remember, last year there was a lot of people that came forward about discrimination with Big Brother. Some of the complaints had to do with casting, which others mentioned that they were treated “less than” the white, straight males of the cast. Some even reported that slurs and insults masked as jokes were common, both behind the cameras and on the set. The publicity wasn’t good for Big Brother or CBS, and the network took action to correct the problem.
