NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of January 18 reveal that in Salem Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will be asking a lot of people for help. Her case against Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) isn’t going as she hoped. She will turn to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and ask for his advice. However, Ben could get involved in a very risky plan and it might have consequences.

Accusing Charlie Dale

DOOL spoilers reveal that for months, Allie accused Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) of raping her. Even though most fans knew that Tripp was innocent, everyone in Salem believed Allie. Everyone except for Tripp’s father, Steve “Patch” Johnson. It is because of Steve and John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) investigation that the truth is now coming out. During the week of January 18, Allie will make an official accusation against Tripp’s half-brother, Charlie.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Playing Innocent

Charlie won’t admit to raping Allie or fathering Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox). He will play innocent, especially when Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) shows up at the police station. He will continue trying to convince her that he’s innocent. We know that Claire is easily manipulated, but hope that she doesn’t fall for his innocent claim.

Allie Horton Seeks Advice

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Allie will learn that her case against Charlie is weak. Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) comes up with a plan to make the case stronger, but Allie isn’t sure about it. She will go to multiple people for advice, including Ben Weston. Even though Ben helped Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) find Claire and pry her away from a half-naked Charlie, we never expected him to get more involved. So, it’s odd that Allie would turn to someone she barely knows for advice about the case, but she does.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Ben Weston Gets Involved

Ben will do more than give Allie advice, though. He will want to help and continue his redemption story. He could try and force Charlie to confess or make a threat against the villain. However, Ben needs to be careful that he doesn’t land himself in trouble with the police. Ben and Charlie have already had one intense encounter. During that incident, Charlie was scared but threatened to call the cops on Ben. We wouldn’t put it past Charlie to make a false allegation just to get Ben off his back.

How will Allie get Ben involved in her case against Charlie? Will he end up going overboard to get him to admit to the crime? How will this affect Claire and will she continue supporting her rapist boyfriend even after he’s arrested? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
