Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Charlie In Police Custody, Allie Confronts Her Rapist

NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that in Salem Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) is arrested after Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is found tied up in his apartment. Afterward, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) learns Charlie is Tripp Dalton’s (Lucas Adams) brother and accuses the intern of rape. Then, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) is given the opportunity to confront the man who assaulted her.

Finding Missing Salemite

DOOL spoilers reveal that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) knew something wasn’t right when he couldn’t find his mother. He tried to report her missing to the police, but nobody took him seriously. So, he printed up flyers and tried to do what he could. Eventually, Rafe gets startling information about Charlie and enters his apartment to investigate. There, he finds Ava tied up and gagged.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Charlie Dale Arrested

As Rafe is setting Ava free, Charlie walks into his apartment. Even though he is surprised to see the police there, he has already prepared for this moment. Prior to Rafe’s discovery, Charlie had begun drugging his mother. He knew that it wouldn’t be feasible to hold Ava hostage forever, but needs her to seem unreliable and unbelievable. The drugs he gave Ava will cause her to have hallucinations. Meanwhile, Rafe takes Charlie down to the police station.

Ava Vitali Provides Information

Days of Our Lives spoilers from TV Guide reveal that during the week of January 11, Ava will remember something Charlie said. She explains that at one point, Charlie admitted to raping Allie. Rafe takes this information and interrogates Charlie, then accuses him of the crime. It’s not known if Charlie admits to the rape or not, though.

However, will he be prosecuted? DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) wouldn’t prosecute Tripp. Part of that was due to the crime being out of her jurisdiction, but was mostly propelled because she knew Ava. So, it’s possible that the DA might go ahead and charge Charlie with the crime.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Allie Horton’s Confrontation

It is teased that Allie will be told that Charlie has been arrested and she is filled in on the details. She will feel guilty about falsely accusing Tripp, but will be relieved the real criminal is in police custody. Allie will go to confront the man who attacked her in the hopes that it makes her feel empowered or better about the situation. For the first time since that night, she will look into the face of the man who changed her life forever.

Will Charlie end up going to prison or will he somehow get away with everything? We know that in the next few weeks Ava is put into protective custody, indicating that Charlie might be released. So, we will have to see what happens with this storyline.
