Even though Jennifer gets the wrong impression and probably storms off in a rage, there is still hope. It is teased that very soon after that incident, Jack and Jennifer will get back together. It’s not a matter of if it happens, but when. It seems that there are a whole lot of misunderstandings going on because of Kate and Jack Lambert DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) secret. If they just came out in the open, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) wouldn’t think Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was having an affair. At the same time, it would reassure Jennifer that Kate had moved on from her night of passion with Jack.
