Days of Our Lives spoilers and DOOL comings and goings reveal that there are a few actors on the soap that have played more than one character in the past. Could we be seeing the return of another doppelganger? Thaao Penghlis (Tony DiMera) shared a photo of him with Deidre Hall, who plays Marlena Evans. He teased “actors who play alternate parts in Salem.” Could Hattie Adams be coming back?

Days of Our Lives Comings & Goings: Salem Sees Double On DOOL

DOOL spoilers reveal that Penghlis played both Tony and Andre DiMera. Hall portrayed “Doc” and Hattie. There is also Judi Evans, who has played Bonnie Lockhart and Adrienne Kiriakis. Let’s not forget Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller), who was also Gabby aka “Gabigail” while she was mentally ill.

Plus, Eileen Davidson played at least three different characters before Stacy Hiaduk took over as Kristen DiMera.  That’s not including the brainwashing, essence transferring, high-tech masks and other strange ways we see double in Salem.

DOOL Spoilers: Alternate Parts Teased

On Instagram, Penghlis shared a photo with his co-star, Deidre Hall. Nobody would have thought anything until they read his caption. The actor is well-known for teasing so much without giving anything away. So, his statement might mean something or it might not. He wrote,

“Guess who? Actors playing alternate parts in Salem. Funny witty lethal disturbing a wonderful way of life. Playing it, not living it.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Roman Brady Needs Love, Too

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that fans haven’t always loved Hattie Adams. However, that changed the last time she had a storyline on the soap. Viewers started to actually see her as very funny, goofy, really out there and saw her heart.

Now, she has loved Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) forever, but never could get the man she wanted. There were signs that the last time she was on the show, Hattie and Roman might have a romance. However, it was cut short and Hattie ended up moving away.

With everyone else having a romantic interest or being set up for one, what about Roman? He has been alone for far too long.
