Love After Lockup season 3 has received a ratings high for the midseason premiere, which aired on Friday, October 9, 2020. Love After Lockup Season 3 Midseason Premiere

According to the Futon Critic, the synopsis released by WEtv for the midseason 3 premiere is as follows:

“The highly-addicting series follows lovebirds hoping to make their way down the aisle with the jailbirds who may or may not be conning them. Whether it’s dodging a parole officer, negotiating with a halfway house, or being stuck under house arrest with someone they hardly know, the realities of being on the outside are starting to hit these newly released prisoners. Will they break the law and go back to jail, or save themselves and leave their lovers broken hearted?”

Love After Lockup Reality Show Scores Ratings High

Deadline reported that Love After Lockup had a ratings high for the midseason premiere. 1.3 million viewers were drawn in Live+3. Out of those numbers, 780,000 were adults in the 25-54 age group and 635,000 were adults in the 18-49 demographic. Both of those were franchise highs, as well as women aged 25-54, as well as 18-49. Not only was it a ratings high for both Love After Lockup and Life After Lockup premiere episodes.

Beating Keeping Up With the Kardashians

For the first time, Love After Lockup beat Keeping Up With the Kardashians in all demographics and total viewers. Plus, the WEtv reality show’s midseason premiere got higher numbers than the first episode of the current season, which aired on July 17.

The increases include 35% in women aged 18-49, 31% for women 25-54, 26% in adults aged 25-54 and total viewers saw an increase of 30%.
