Little People, Big World cast’s Zach Roloff and Tori Roloff are beaming with pride. Their son, 3-year-old Jackson Roloff took the Candy Challenge and won! Even though the temptation was fierce, the little boy remained steadfast and focused. Keep reading to find out more.
What is the Candy Challenge?
Like many challenges, this game has a few different names it goes by. The Candy Challenge is also called the Fruit Snack Challenge and the Patience Challenge. Basically, it is to see if a child will control themselves when faced with a tasty temptation. Candy is placed in front of the child and they are told not to eat them. They must wait until the parent comes back. Even celebrities are giving their kids the challenge, including Kylie Jenner.
Tori gave Jackson the Candy Challenge and he passed with flying colors. She posted the video on Instagram.

Most kids (and some adults!) wouldn’t be able to resist temptation like candy. However, Jackson impressed everyone by staying strong. He not only won the candy challenge, but didn’t seem fazed at all by having to wait. That’s pretty amazing considering he is only three years old!

In the video, Jackson looks at the candy, and with incredible patience, waits for Tori to return. When she comes back into the room, Jackson has some gummies, which makes him very happy.

Little People, Big World fans were impressed with Jackson’s self-control and patience. Waiting for his mom to return didn’t seem to bother him. Most kids that age would be wiggling in their seats or showing signs that they really can’t wait. But not Jackson. He was calm, steadfast, and a real champion through the challenge.
Little People, Big World: Lilah Roloff Joins Family
Jackson is Zack and Tori’s firstborn. The family welcomed their second child, a girl named Lilah Ray Roloff on November 19, 2019. She was born at 6:52 pm, weighed 8 lbs., 9 oz., and measured 18 ½ inches long.
There is a delay between real-life events and when TLC airs them on television. Although Lilah was born in November, her coming home from the hospital is not being aired until tonight.
