Unpolished Season 1 made its debut on TLC on November 17, 2019.  The reality TV series followed the Martone sisters and their boisterous Italian Family in Long Island.  Lexi Martone’s 3D nail art made her a household name in the beauty world.  She joined forces with make-up artist sister Bria Martone and the talented women started their own salon.

Was TLC Unpolished Cancelled?

Lexi Martone and sister Bria juggled the Martone Family drama, running their own business, their never-ending string of clients, and their eventful love lives for 6 episodes.

Unpolished Episode 6 aired on TLC on December 22, 2019, and then abruptly stopped.  It’s unclear if TLC only ordered 6 episodes, or if the network pulled the plug on Episode 7.

Is Unpolished cancelled or renewed?  TLC likes to keep viewers in the dark regarding the statuses of their reality TV shows.  Most of the time, the cast doesn’t even seem to know when they are filming again, or if they are ever filming again.

TLC is constantly rolling out new content, and a good percentage of their reality TV shows disappear in to a oblivion and are never aired again after the first season.

Unpolished Season 2: Will Lexi & Bria Martone Return To TLC?

Considering the fact that the Martone Family is stationed in NYC, and no one is working and definitely not filming anything during the COVID shutdown, it’s safe to say it will be quite a while before we see a Season 2 of Unpolished, if we ever do.

Are you hoping to see more of Lexi and Bria Martone on Unpolished?  As soon as we know if there will be a season 2 Unpolished, we will be sure to pass the updates on.  In the mean time, check out our other reality TV news.
