Sister Wives 2020 – Buying Another Home?

Sister Wives Spoilers 2020 – Desperate For Cash

The reality couple are so hard up for cash that they agreed to “waive” their rights to Arizona’s Homestead Exemption, according to the court document. The exemption protects $150K of home equity if the couple file for bankruptcy since the home would become their primary residence.

Kody and Robyn purchased a 5-bedroom, 4-bath, 4395 sq. ft. home located on the two-acre Flagstaff property back in August 2019. They purchased the home for $890,000 and with a down payment of $225,000. The couple was approved for the home equity loan on March 31, 2020.

Sister Wives Updates – Moving Again?

Fans thought that the latest season focused too much on Robyn Brown’s reluctancy to purchase a new home, especially after their rental home was sold. Robyn didn’t want to purchase another home since they were struggling financially. TLC focused on the couple’s back-and-forth over buying a new home.

Some fans didn’t like seeing the argument play out. They claimed that the show was scripted to balance Kody’s affection for the other three wives. Meri and Janelle live in $3K per month rental homes, while Christine purchased a 3-bedroom/3-bath home for $250,000 back in 2018.
