Press Release Teases Terror and Turmoil

As previously reported, the press release for the ABC TV show doesn’t give too much away. However, we do know that an earthquake strikes the city of San Jose, California. The doctors at St. Bonaventure Hospital tries to shield a patient in the operating room and account for everyone.

However, not everyone is at the hospital. Melendez and Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff) went to a charity event at a nearby brewery. It is teased that not everyone survives, but who will end up saying goodbye in the season finale?

Extended Look Promo For ‘Hurt’

On Monday, ABC released an extended look, which reveals Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) and the other doctors end up in the middle of a devastating natural disaster. The team is notified that they are on mass casualty incident protocol and they are assigned to a brewery. It is the same brewery that held the charity event that some of their staff attended.

Does Lea Dalillo Die?

It’s not clear if Lea will die or manage to survive. We do know that at least one person will meet their demise. Due to the natural disaster affecting nearly everyone, the death could be anyone. It would be tragic if Shaun had to deal with losing the woman he loves in such a devastating way.

Looking at the press release for the second part of The Good Doctor season 3 finale, it doesn’t give any hints of who would die. However, it is titled “I Love You,” which could mean that Lea might survive. At least, that is what we are hoping for.

The Good Doctor airs the first installment of the two-part finale on March 23.
