Those who watched the original show know that a lot of conversations, situations, dilemmas and dating was done at a diner called The Max. On Friday, Lopez posted a video to Instagram that featured himself and co-star Elizabeth Berkley (Jessie Spano) at the diner.

Saved By the Bell Reboot: Governor Zack Morris

Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) portrayed the main character. He was a good kid but was always coming up with some sort of crazy scheme. He also loved to give his principal a hard time.

Previously, the actor said he had not been approached about appearing in the reboot. However, it was reported that Zack Morris was the governor. New information released by Entertainment Weekly confirmed that Gosselaar) will be seen in three episodes. He is also named as a producer on the TV reboot.

Will Tiffani Thiessen Appear in TV Reboot?

Tiffani Thiessen was another original cast member that said nobody had called her to ask if she wanted to participate in the reboot. In another interview, she talked about her busy schedule and that it would be hard to fit the project in anyway. It seems that there are discussions of her reprising the role of Kelly Kapowski, but nothing has been set in stone.

The reboot will focus on Zack’s decision to close several low-performing schools in poverty-stricken areas. He gets a lot of backlash, so just like his high school days, he comes up with a plan to get out of trouble and make it right for those that are affected.

He takes the students and sends them to the best performing schools in the state, one of which is Bayside High. It is teased that the sudden arrival of these students gives the principal a reason to get excited about his work again.

It will also be interesting to see how the lower-income students who live in the real world with real problems interact with the elite and wealthy teens of Bayside High.
