Love & Hip Hop Miami: Trick Daddy’s Restaurant Sunday’s Heating Up On Yelp

Love & Hip Hop Miami: Trick Daddy's Restuarant Sunday's Heating Up On YelpLove & Hip Hop Miami star Trick Daddy’s restaurant, Sunday’s Eatery, has only been open for a few months, and is receiving rave reviews on Yelp and social media.  The new Miami Garden’s hot spot has become a popular soul food destination for fans of Trick Daddy and famous friends, even Snoop Dogg stopped by!

Love & Hip Hop Miami rapper Trick Daddy opened Sunday’s in September 2019. Unlike other celebs and reality TV stars who try to branch out in to the restuarant business, it looks like Trick Daddy’s new business venture will be around long term and is not just a fad.

Sunday’s Eatery menu boasts authentic soul food, and Southern flare, and has become a popular after church destination in Miami. Popular dishes include catfish, fried cornish hens, ribs, turkey drumsticks, snapper, porkchops, candied yams, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and too much more to list.

Like any other new restuarant, Yelp reviews are rolling in on the popular App, and five star reviews heavily outnumber a few picky customers.

One happy customer wrote, “The cornbread muffin that came with the collards was my favorite, surprisingly. It was sweet and creamy and buttery; the corn flavor wasn’t overpowering. The two juicy fillets of snapper were bursting with flavor. The corn was sweet, savory and peppery. The macaroni and cheese was PERFECT. It is now my favorite restaurant baked mac and cheese; it tastes like my aunt made it for the cookout. The collards were delicious as well. The fries were classic with some Cajun-type seasoning. The Oreo cupcakes were good, and the blueberry lemonade was sweet and addicting (tasted like Koolaid mixed with lemonade).”

Another Sunday’s Eatery review reads, “This was our first time here were traveling thru for a cruise . It was packed it’s a small place the line was literally out the door . But don’t be fooled they move on quick . I order the fried ribs with Mac an chez my girlfriend order the baked turkey wings with yams and collard greens . The food was amazing they have some blue drink which to me taste like kool aid & lemonade mix whatever it was it was amazing ! They staff was nice and trick himself was in there working & taking pictures with people , i definitely recommend this place if your in Miami I myself will be coming back.”

Love & Hip Hop Miami’s Trick Daddy has been very hands-on since opening Sunday’s and several patrons have bumped into him while picking up their plates of soul food.  If you are traveling near Miami Gardens, Sunday’s Eatery sounds like a must visit.
